No matter in what language time is always the same.

Think about it, time is the most sought after, hated, loved, searched thing for and by everyone. Honest (I NEED MORE time, Aargh.. the minutes pass like hours,…etc…).
I’m in a pickle my self, I have a business project to start reporting on (just the thought gives me the shivers), a personal project to outline. It would have been easy if I had these 2 things to do this week, but unfortunately I’m trying to recover an unproductive week due to an IT issue that hit me last week AND handle other requests. Just to give you an idea…
“The HR database contains all the information regarding the employees (name, BD, badge ID,…) all except our Out-Sourcing Partners (since they do not work for my company directly). We have a tool that TS uses to open calls and dispatch needed parts to our customers, and about 45% of the work is handled by our OSP’s. The IT suddenly wakes up and decides to clean up the tool because there were too many account, so they decided to delete all accounts that weren’t in use in the last 30 days, too bad that they decided to delete the accounts that are not in the HR database simply because they thought that the people had left, so they started to delete accounts left and right. At the end we had a sizable chunk of the OSP workforce non functional and no way to add them back simply because no one had predicted this to happen so no-one was able to reinstate the people’s accounts
” — It took us 3 whole days to try and fix this.
My trip to Tunis was good
till the last part where the Tunis-air employee decided that my E-Ticket was not valid and that I needed to check the airline’s sales office
I went telling them that I had confirmed my flight 3-4 days earlier, so they told me that it was ok, I go back and this time the same guy tells me that the ticket was changed from an E-Ticket to Paper, I go back to the agency and tell them what I was told and thank GOD for a kind gentleman who came with me and asked a guy to handle my ticket, the guy called another guy who in turn called another guy who went to the ticket desk and asked what was wrong, the guy told him that I needed to have a paper ticket, and the new guy just pressed a few buttons and gave me my E-Ticket boarding pass
I think I lost enough time telling you these two stories… I need to get back to work — Time is running out
